We’re a boutique, female-founded agency, delivering first-class, personalised brand management for both established and emerging athletes. Sinéad Galvin is the first female founder of a sports representation agency in Ireland. Since launching Galvin Sports Management (GSM) in 2016, Sinéad Galvin has built a reputation for delivering boutique, relationship-driven, and impact-focused athlete management.
With a background in brand partnerships, media strategy, and athlete development, Sinéad founded GSM with a clear mission:

To represent athletes not just for their results—but for their stories, values, and the positive impact they create beyond sport.

Under her leadership, GSM has grown into a trusted agency representing some of Ireland’s most recognisable Olympians, Paralympians, and emerging sporting talent.
GSM has become known for its diverse portfolio, with a particular strength in representing female athletes and leading voices within the Paralympic movement. From world champions to social impact advocates, Sinéad’s roster reflects the broad spectrum of talent and stories within Irish sport today.
Beyond her work with GSM, Sinéad is deeply connected to grassroots sport. She is co-founder, chair, and coach at Clongriffin Athletic Club, where she is passionate about developing the next generation of athletes and fostering a love for sport within her community.
Having competed as a sprinter herself, Sinéad understands the athlete journey firsthand—from personal bests on the track to navigating life beyond competition. These days, she continues to enjoy road racing and staying active within the running community.
Sinéad is passionate about helping athletes build authentic, sustainable careers—whether through speaking engagements, brand ambassadorships, social impact projects, or creative collaborations.
Every partnership and project reflects her belief in the power of sport as a platform for performance, purpose, and positive change.

Whether negotiating headline sponsorships, shaping athlete media profiles, or creating space for athletes to use their voice for change, Sinéad continues to lead GSM with creativity, care, and a relentless belief in the potential of sport to make a real-world difference.
